Who are we?

  • We are a result driven consulting and advisory company focused on providing the strategic and sustainable support to companies in the plumbing industry worldwide. 

  • We  have over 35 years of hands on experience and expertise covering major geographic territories such as Americas, continental Europe, Asia Pacific Region, etc.

  • Our client base combines carefully selected manufacturers capable of delivering water-saving technology inside plumbing, with the right front end partners in the local markets for execution. 

Core to our critical skillsets include: 

  1. Business and commercial strategic planning and execution;
  2. New product development;
  3. Asia based sourcing;
  4. Contracts review & corporate governance;
  5. Key talent development and recruitment.

Our History

  • 2013   Began operations as a small Hong Kong based investment company focused on real property investments in Asia and Americas
  • 2014   Began offering strategic consulting and legal reviews to NA companies having establishments in Asia: Contract Review, corporate governance, M&A projects
  • 2018   Began focusing on the plumbing industry, providing advisory and consulting services and ‘angel investments’ to both Asia based manufacturers and local market clients
  • 2019   Fully engaged with small core makers of components in the Mainland of China, Taiwan and Asia-Pacific Region;
  • 2020   Continued to develop additional factory key contacts to complete kitchen & bath products offering;
  • 2021   Started an office in Taipei; added commercial people and front-end partners in driving success with our clients globally; brought on board local people in Asia for factory supervision and audits;
